Proteks Silver
Our brand-new Proteks Silver option delivers Proeks to your door. You can then apply it yourself. It’s straightforward and really cost-effective.
Any competent DIYer can apply Proteks. Cut out the middle-man and apply it yourself! There's no cheaper way!
Proteks can be brushed or rolled on with normal equipment just like masonry paint. We'll supply you with full instructions. You can do it!
All you need to do is give us the dimensions of your property. We can give you all of the help and advice you need. We’ll show you how to deduct areas like door and window openings from your calculations. Once we’ve worked out how much Proteks you’ll need we’ll send it to you along with full instructions on how to apply it.
You’ll need to wash your walls, preferably with a power washer. You’ll then need to spay the anti-fungal treatment to ensure that all moss and algae is dead. It’s very straightforward. If you have damage on your walls we suggest that you repair them before applying the Proteks. Then it’s just a matter of painting the thinner slush coat and then the full Proteks coat. You just use standard paint brushes and rollers and it will go on beautifully.
Follow the instructions properly and your Proteks will be looking great for decades to come!

Step 5:
Final Proteks Application
The final application can now be applied using high-pressure spray equipment or by brush or roller.
The Protreks System is up to 20 times thicker than conventional paint.
Step 4:
Applying the Slush Coat
This is the Proteks undercoat which weatherproofs the substrate as well as creating a surface of uniform porosity.
The slush coat can be applied by using a brush or roller.
Step 3:
Trenching and Masking
We can seal below ground level where customers remove the earth prior to our visit. The surveyor will explain this process and its benefits in more detail during their visit.
Neatness of application is ensured by careful masking of all surfaces not coated. All areas are carefully covered to protect against spillage and over-spray.
Step 2:
Patches and Repairs
If required, defects and cracking problems are repaired.
Substrate defects, cracking and other major surface repairs are blended into and repaired prior to application.
Step 1:
High Pressure Washing
Removes dirt, stains, loose paint and foreign substances. Power washing Is done with high power washing equipment operating at pressure up to 2500psi.
Anti-fungicidal solutions
Anti-fungicidal solutions are used as necessary during this process.
